@ We have much larger customer deployments using HD. Not any 4000 extension sites, but many in the respectable hundreds.

@ Most splitters have a specific connector on the far side that plugs into the power supply input after PoE is broken back out

@ Yes, depends on the type of barrel connector the device wants 4 it's normal power supply, alternatively you can usually hard wire
