@ If you mean compatible as in hooking up an Android phone with the Vaio X, that should work fine under Windows 7.

@ The Vaio X is not a Netbook, so it doesn't run on Android. It might run Chrome OS though in the near future (untested yet).

@ If laptop PCs deliver 100% performance, a good Netbook would be about 40% of that, and the Vaio X maybe 75%.

@ Vaio X has an Atom processor with low power consumption, but it's not the fastest. It's 2Ghz and comes with 2GB RAM.

@ If you must buy a PC, I'd recommend looking at the new Vaio X. It's the size of a Netbook (pricing is laptop though).
