  13. @janieo Do you mean frying the uncooked noodles? Yes, you can fry up rice noodles in hot oil- they will turn into puffs for topping salads.

  18. @janieo Rice noodles are easy to turn gummy. The trick is to follow the package instructions, don't overcook, drain quickly, and rinse!
