  14. reading Kelso's Dynamic Patterns, the self-organization of brain and behavior. He studies brain as complex system, neural coord for movement

  18. 10 day silent retreat starts 5/21. yoga nidra, body sensing, partner gazing, LOTS of meditation, and an amazing chef. no tweets 'til june.
