  7. Why do so many authors give Amazon all the power? I am really sick of the "help me get to number 1" campaigns. Ugh!
  8. Being a new author I was clueless about review journals preference for pre-publication reviews. *Sigh.* Live and learn.
  9. @gmarkham there are publicity services that will review your book and send it all over. You pay.
  10. Should authors "pay" for book reviews? I'm new to book marketing but it feels inauthentic. Maybe it's my inner journalist.

  14. Managing a community solo sometimes drives me completely insane. Today is a perfect example. I DO NOT SCALE!
