  1. Just had a welcome break as someone brought a cute puppy into the office.
  2. @platinumforests Very nice!
  3. @richleland You...you....STUPIFY! (jealous)
  4. @mgetzski Yes, @frednewspost is what spurred the tweet but others (CNN, NBC4, etc) are guilty too.
  5. It drives me nuts when news organizations tweet something labeled "Breaking News" when it's not really breaking news.
  6. @kevinbruce haha "Hit 'em where it hurts" (sorry about that!). Funny thing, those percentages - they can mean more than they appear.
  7. @cdigennaro Ha! See? ;-)
  8. @kevinbruce Consider this: In May 09 Safari traffic was <10% according to MarketShare-do you not support those MILLIONS of users? #justsayin
  9. @bethschillaci It seems like IE6 will never die, but I'm seeing more and more mentions of sites declaring IE6 will no longer be supported.
  10. @kevinbruce @bethschillaci No, 20% is way too high. I'd say 3-5%, and even that depends on your traffic volume. Higher traffic=lower %.
  11. @kevinbruce No only that, but shows ignorance to the spirit of the web.
  12. @MammaMania Too many reasons to list in a tweet, perhaps I'll post something in my blog.
  13. Clarification: I think it's bad practice to list a specific browser in "Best viewed in ... " messages.
  14. @joshourisman Yes!
  15. Noticing more sites with the "Best viewed in ... " message. Bad practice in my opinion.
  16. @joshourisman Welcome to the "hazy, hot and humid" capital of the world
  17. More on the I-75 fire/bridge collapse: http://bit.ly/RkYnR Amazing the major news outlets haven't picked this up yet.
  18. No TV coverage yet? RT @BreakingNews: FULL STORY -- Bridge collapses on Michigan's I-75 after tankers explode: http://news.bnonews.com/gwzr
  19. @mgetzski I'm holding out for the 4g model ;-)
  20. RT @kevinbruce: ok, with @orases's blessing, #fredwebtech's next meetup is Aug 5th at 6:30pm. topic- Intro to jQuery lead by @devhammer
