@ Not technically, but I have some neurological issues that give me difficulty hearing speech amidst noise, so effect's the same.

@ Sad thing is, it's *not* a law that DVDs must carry CC/sub, only TV broadcasts. I've rented several indie discs without.

@ In the meantime, go to disneystudioshelp.com and e-mail a complaint. It's their fault, not Redbox; I got same disc from Netflix.
