  1. @bradleydawson Does Pastaworks carry Carpano Antica? Hawthorne? That is good to know, thanks!
  2. @betsywhim I usually get Maker's for the house bourbon but am trying out Buffalo Trace. It's a nice change of pace.
  3. @paulonabike I almost took them up on it last time I ordered but I had to run out to New Seasons anyway so I opted to pick up.
  4. Buffalo Trace bourbon, Carpano Antica, Jerry Thomas bitters. That was the last of my Antica and Pearl Specialty Spirits appears to be out :(
  5. @betsywhim Pretty good, I liked it. The bartender that night also works at Teardrop, I gather. I'll be back.
  6. @betsywhim I find I have to ask before ordering them. Seems about 50/50, bars that use soda in an Old Fashioned.
  7. @betsywhim !!!!!! Well, the important thing is that you're making up for it now. Just remember, no club soda.
  8. @pdxcocktails Great, thanks. I didn't think 11th ave carried it for some reason.
  9. Wondering where in SE Portland I can find Noilly Prat dry vermouth.
  10. Blackbird Bar, a new bar in San Francisco, is definitely on my list next time I'm in town. http://bit.ly/A1cG4
  11. Last reminder: #CocktailCamp meeting tonight at 7:00! http://bit.ly/1NfsRP
  12. @jeffmorgen I guess that means you won't be at the bar tonight. Bummer, I'm just about to head over there.
  13. Don't forget, the next #CocktailCamp PDX meeting is tomorrow night at Mother Maybel's - http://bit.ly/1NfsRP Come one, come all!
  14. @intheblacklodge Not yet, I've been out of Scotch forever (a problem I for some reason haven't remedied yet). Looks interesting. How is it?
  15. @magdaZINE That's where I normally shop. Good selection, but there are those things you just can't find (eg, Rittenhouse rye).
  16. Probably a nicer cognac, to start.
  17. Another one off the list, the Metropole: cognac, dry vermouth, peychaud’s & angostura. It's ok, but not great. I'm not sure what it needs.
  18. @dmckl Heh, I picked up a box at BevMo a couple months ago, on a trip to SF, but I don't plan to make that drive again any time soon.
  19. @everydaydrinker Ok, I can overlook that, as long as you're not putting orange juice in your Sidecars or any atrocities like that.
  20. @dmckl There are some things that just aren't available here in OR though, but I know they are in WA.
