  1. Checked out our first choice venue for #CocktailCamp last night. It looks pretty awesome.
  2. @intheblacklodge Try making Bloody Marys with muddled roasted tomatoes sometime. Definitely a winner.
  3. It relaxes you at the end of the day but not so much that you can't keep working -- Irish Coffee is truly nature's most perfect food.
  4. I wonder if anyone has told Buffalo Trace that the animal on their label is actually a bison.
  5. @intheblacklodge It can definitely work with green. Give it a shot.
  6. Champs Élysées: cognac, chartreuse, lemon, sugar, bitters. http://bit.ly/sVPYl
  7. PSA: Happy hour at Victory ends at 7, so if you're coming to the #CocktailCamp meeting tonight, get there a little early to take advantage.
  8. Don't forget, #CocktailCamp meeting tonight at Victory bar at 7:00. We'll be talking venues and presentations. http://bit.ly/1JaMwC
  9. @kfinsand I find Campaign Monitor best for my uses, but it's more geared toward designers/developers than some of the others.
  10. Hey gang, the next #CocktailCamp meeting is tomorrow evening at Victory Bar (SE 37th/Division) - http://bit.ly/1JaMwC
  11. @honeykennedy Yep, thanks. Wow, those are really expensive.
  12. Trying a Remember the Maine with Irish Whiskey instead of bourbon or rye. Not bad. Bourbon is better but this is pretty decent.
  13. "Perfect Manhattan" is a misnomer.
  14. @TheLiquidMuse I'd love the US more if it weren't for the Americans (or substitute your own) ... negativity and small-mindedness wears on me
  15. @intheblacklodge Is your updated list online somewhere?
  16. @intheblacklodge Wow, you're not messing around here!
  17. Just posted some pictures of the nice letterpressed menus from Portobello Star in London. http://bit.ly/4EJHUu
  18. I love the labels you tend to find on Scotch. They're so unassuming, just text. That can be nicer than any fancy embellishment.
  19. @pdxcocktails From Hitime I'd have to pay shipping, which drive the price right up. I'll only order if there are no other options.
  20. I suspect one could make a good living doing indexes for cocktail books. They rarely seem to be indexed by ingredient.
