  2. @BruhLuuhMusic Yep. Basically throttling your service. If you have a great tower with few people on it, it may not happen, though.
  3. @arball I think it's a great change they made to the 7-day return policy because of how the service fluctuates. 30 days is much more fair.
  4. @arball Any new service you get allows for the 30 day trial. The only thing that's not refundable is the service you use (prorated).
  5. @arball Clear has a 30 day trial period - it's great when it works but try it out for as long as you can first.
  6. @BruhLuuhMusic Network Management System is in place on all towers.
  7. @chocolatema19 dslreports.com/shownews/Clear… :(
  8. @chocolatema19 You spoke with customer service agents overseas. A ton of Clear US agents are losing their jobs next month.
  9. @only1camrich Keep an eye on that 30 day trial period from Clear and use it wisely.
  10. @timtapp13 Well, having no internet means at least you know what the problem is and don't have to deal with customer support.
  11. @BruhLuuhMusic That'll last for another day or so. Prepare to be throttled any minute now.
  12. @Deviros That's probably because of the network management system. Do you use netflix / hulu / streaming video?
  13. @chocolatema19 That's because everyone is outsourced overseas now. There won't be any US reps after July.
