  1. Not too much, though. Still want Australia to win after all. ;)
  2. Loved watching Ponting bat last night, though. So graceful when in form. Flintoff bowled well as well. Hope to see England lift today.
  3. Looking forward to the 3rd day of the 1st Ashes test. First 2 days lacked intensity; should come alive on day 3. Everything to play for.
  4. And I wrote this post yesterday, a tribute to Michael Jackson & Farrah Fawcett. May they rest in peace. http://bit.ly/dDbuj
  5. It's part of the Bloggers Unite day today, which is getting a lot of support. http://bit.ly/191Oaj #FreeIran
  6. Just finished a new post. The Change Within is about Iran and how real change has to come from within ourselves.
  7. @red_ascot Apparently. No confirmation but Sky News has it as breaking news; websites are reporting it too. Sad if true. http://bit.ly/lKtFe
  8. Quite impressive, actually. For someone who has been thrust into this situation, he's really rising to the occasion. http://bit.ly/buolw
  9. Mousavi has finally spoken out again after several days of quiet. He's not backing down & he's steering the focus back to the election.
  10. New post: Voices of Change. Some thoughts about what's happening in Iran and a story from The Arabian Nights. http://bit.ly/821w0
  11. Rest in peace, Farrah Fawcett. You left us well before your time and will be missed. http://tinyurl.com/klw7g6
  12. I think that's the least we can do.
  13. I'll be writing to the Aus gov to urge them to accept protesters & their families into the Australian embassy in Iran.

  15. If people want to do more, then Avaaz has a petition or they can write to their governments. There's also a Bloggers Unite day next week.
  16. No one should interfere in another country but it's important we condemn the violence. That's what people are doing, in their own ways.
  17. I think that's unfair. Most people just want to show solidarity; it's not meant to be anything more than that.
  18. The avatar meme seems to be being derided in some quarters. Some people think it's a meaningless gesture; others that it's interfering.
  19. I wish they'd use another hashtag when they post the sign-up tweet, though. Best to keep the main channels clear for protesters if we can.
