  1. How is this the same Nebraska team that ISU beat last week? Awesome defense. Go Big Red!
  2. Not exactly to plan http://post.ly/Buvn
  3. Win7 upgrade showed up today. Gotta do a re-partition. Really should just format the whole puppy and install from scratch.
  4. @toddadamson Doesn't bother me. Just forgive me in advance for reacting on occasion. :-)
  5. @toddadamson To clarify: I believe most Muslims oppose terrorism just as much as I do. But the situations are not nearly analogous.
  6. @toddadamson Remember when McVeigh's bombing followed 8 years of Christianist terrorism across the globe? Yeah, me neither. (Just sayin'.)
  7. @toddadamson Agreed.
  8. @toddadamson That was my conclusion, too. Good ideas, but performance isn't good enough to trust it.
  9. @marksmiley Dangit! *redial* *try again*
  10. @marksmiley You mean you don't pronounce it "pen-uh-lope"? ;-)
  11. @shauninman Go crazy?
  12. Installed XBMC 9.11a1 for OS X tonight. Big improvement over the last version.
  13. RT @funnyoneliners: Have you noticed all the people in favor of birth control are already born? // All those in favor of abortion, too.
  14. @marksmiley That shirt is AWESOME.
  15. @marksmiley Nope.
  16. @gfmorris Exactly. And the errors are weird - timing out, not declaring that the site is blocked. IT, of course, won't investigate.
  17. @gfmorris Agreed. They're stonewalling wp.com blogs, too, and some non-wp.com wp blogs. Frustrating.
  18. Hmmm... I *know* XMLRPC is enabled on my WP blog, but @posterous won't import the posts. Authenticates OK, but imports nothing. Grrrr.
  19. @mpoppel Yeah, that's PHP so you'd have to run that on your webserver and re-execute it every minute. But it's doing what you want.
  20. @mpoppel Sounds like you need to write a little Perl script, then, using wget to ping the RSS. Doubt any web svc will give you 1min perf.
