  1. just got her H1N1 shot, at the grocery store -- well, the pharmacy at the grocery store.
  2. now it seems to be just rain falling; the pavement is wet.

  6. Central Presbyterian Church downtown is a freeze-night shelter for women Monday through Thursday nights.
  7. grateful as she is for much work, she's looking forward to some work days of normal length, that have some breathing spaces in them.
  8. Judging from the parking lot at our office, a WHOLE LOT of people are already off for Christmas.

  19. is getting ready for office party, on much smaller scale than some years, but we're still here, and we're going...
  20. enjoyed helping prepare and serve delicious meal for new officers' examination dinner last night (outgoing officers do meal).
