  1. @MitchBenn I quite agree. Mrs Janes comes out looking cheap for climbing into bed with The Sun for cash / fame and their political point
  2. Damn. Wore a lovely new wooly top for 5 mins this morning b4 realising I was having allergic reaction. Changed immediately but now have rash
  3. Having managed to log in to the MOJ E&D Portal the user interface was then frankly awful. No wonder usage has been low. Good idea. Bad impl.
  4. I don't know if my experience was typical but the MOJ E&D Portal is only system I've used where it took days just to get an ID to use it
  5. MOJ just announced that they are going to wind down their E&D Portal. It will close in the new year. 200 users but frankly too cumbersome
  6. @hel_razor Any excuse! Actually Windows has revised its' estimate now to 25mins. Not much variance there then? :-)
  7. I now have an estimated two hours on my hands whilst carrying out a fresh backup of 35Gb of files from my laptop.
  8. @rich_w I've known some bums look like Peaches...
  9. RT @environment_mcr: Vacancy: Office Administrator, Manchester Disabled People’s Access Group http://tinyurl.com/yhnsnss
  10. Just finished knocking off 1500 words on examples of human rights as they apply to trans people. That earns me a cuppa and some chocolate
  11. Thanks to @QueerYouth and @TGworldNews for RT'ing the link to the video of the TREC launch event http://bit.ly/E41Ze
  12. Delighted to hear that Harrods have found the bras lost by @KirstieMAllsopp. Clearly it was all about location, location, location
  13. @milylasouris Thanks. Most actually come from process 0. Rest are from 1132, which is a SVCHOST with lots of threads. Arghhh!
  14. @Pollik No. The PFC 'error' is longstanding repeated issue of taking no little or no trouble to present information clearly for readers
  15. Does anyone techy know why WmiPrvSE process is constantly taking 10% of CPU in my otherwise idle laptop? Didn't always do this.
  16. @Pollik Fine to complain to the writer .. but getting used by the Sun as political fodder takes the issue into a wholly different area
  17. Guardian Editor @arusbridger asks: "Is the PCC a pointless regulator?" http://is.gd/4QJc2 Toothless. Cowardly. Beholden. Perm any three.
  18. Jacqui Janes may be grieving but getting into bed with the Sun to attack PM over a spelling mistake http://bit.ly/3Hhr8 is cheap behaviour
  19. Sad to see Press for Change sending out a poorly formatted action call with a broken link clearly not checked. How to destroy own reputat'n
  20. @katrinafox @RozKaveney Oh yes.. didn't mean to imply hierarchy of one over other. They both have important places in overall process
