  15. Longer ride tomorrow on the old training grounds, hope the weather holds up..nice dinner at the broadway cafe, nice to catch up with friends
  16. Relaxing back home, good ride with former TV personality Nelson Hansen, lobster and tenderloin for dinner...
  17. Sitting at the aiport in Lyon, wondering how they justify 150 euros/ bike, how is it different than other luggage..thinking back on the week
  18. Final stage of the Dauphine to Grenoble, cat 1 climb under 20km from the finish, not over till its over..
  19. Blown away by the beauty of the mountains today, absolutley amazing, can see why the Tour is a special race, so much history on those roads
  20. Galibier 21km, Croix de Fer 28km, Long-Champs 14km, should make for a fun day of biking tomorrow..
