  1. @maddow This is a rare occurrence for me, but I disagree with your treatment of the Rand Paul interview. It really should be a non-issue.
  2. Or how about this from James E. Faust? "It is unfortunate that it is taking so long to bring full economic justice to women."
  3. Hey Glenn, just searched for "social justice" at lds.org and found 7 results. Does that mean I should leave the church? http://bit.ly/cRq7Md
  4. My prediction for tuesday: Coakley landslides because likely voter models go to pot once the Dems realize it's important.
  5. I wish the media would ignore Lieberman; it just entrenches him more. Oh, and Joe, you're insane.
  6. Way to go, Harry.
  7. Whether or not it's justified (it is), I love how this attack on Fox News is turning them into such whiners.
  8. I wonder what college would cost now if there was no "public option".
  9. Ugh, these rural democrats are driving me crazy. First Baucas and Conrad on health care with Johnson around the corner on finance reform.
  10. Ooph, sorry for the double negative there. "I don't think Obama expects bipartisanship..." Serves me right for tweeting at 3am.
  11. I don't think Obama doesn't expect bipartisanship; I think he wants a good talking point for next election. "We tried to work with them..."
  12. http://tinyurl.com/lawdzl - I totally called this. Check out my Jun 19th tweet.
  13. Maybe the White House is trying reverse psychology with the public option backsliding, letting Congress be the heroes who save it.
  14. @michaelcburgess Just talked with someone in your office. Courteous and civil, thank you. I'm very concerned about getting something done.
  15. Just signed up to visit my Rep's local office to talk to them about health insurance reform. You should too: http://bit.ly/IrE8w
  16. This isn't looking so hot for Republicans.... http://bit.ly/GfP2g
  17. Fine. Just get the bill out of the finance committee so Baucus isn't important anymore. Shill.
  18. I'm proud of Obama for putting his neck on the line (and his presidency) for the sake of health care. It's really that important.
  19. Congress should send the CBO a health care bill to be scored that just says "Do Nothing" and find out how much that will actually cost.
  20. A public health plan won't put private insurers out of business any more than the US postal service pushes out FedEx or UPS.
