  1. @danwrong wow! Congratulations! Good luck!
  2. @MrJaba damn. Might be worth a wait? There's a good computer section down the hall ;-)
  3. @rarepleasures good work! Give my PAL tutorial a run-through?
  4. @MrJaba I like the cafe in foyles. Should have power if you can snag a seat near the wall or stage.
  5. People who's babies I want to have: Number 1. Richard Brodie. Message ends.
  6. Spare ticket for Ruby Manor? I'd love to take it off your hands.
  7. @Herring1967 - you should follow @big_ben_clock. Fascinating insights.
  8. @hlame was it that Nandos one -- cringeworthy.
  9. RT @tristanf: Any sufficiently advanced basketball player is indistinguishable from Magic
  10. @lazyatom right! I guess I'm proposing some kind of "we couldn't get tickets but let's get together anyway" type of event. . .
  11. Ruby Manor sold out? Un-un-conference anyone?
  12. @igrigorik do you need excel compatability? Emacs has a spreadsheet mode, with all the power of lisp + emacs-calc.
  13. New snow leopard mac question: if I connect my time machine back up (leopard) drive, what will happen?
  14. @easyJetCare gatwick. I can tolerate the rest of the "no-frills" stuff, but you should allocate seats. Charging and scrumming is horrible.
  15. Easyjet: treat people like cattle and they'll start acting like animals. #airportnews
  16. 1 pound = 1.20 euro! France, credit card; credit card, France.
  17. RT @huwstephens: Details of my monthly night down the Social, London for Nov 10. Free entry, BRILLIANT line up! http://www.thesocial.com/
  18. "By the way, if you don’t like goto statements, don’t read this." [Don Knuth in http://www.literateprogramm...]
  19. Looking forward to spending a day with my old friend, Jira.
  20. @mkortekaas NI sterling notes are legal here, but not widely recognised. Best to change them for bank of England. Irish euros are no good.
