  1. @gcoghill Great on the bike trails. Not enough of those here, but I do have the Angeles National Forest about 10 min. away on bike.
  2. @gcoghill Cool. I'd been running for 20 years(!) and the bike seemed like an easy swap-out for me. Bikes are fun.
  3. @gcoghill Nice! After I hurt myself running, I was walking for a while there. But two weeks ago, I bought a road bike, which has been great!
  4. @gregnewman @gcoghill With 12-month release cycle, going subscription might end up making more sense for me.
  5. @gcoghill @gregnewman Upgrade price from CS5 design premium to CS6 is $750! That upgrade was $600 in the past.
  6. @gcoghill @gregnewman From what I've read, it's going to be full versions. 5.5 was a financial flop.
  7. @gregnewman @gcoghill That's intro pricing for the first year. After that it'll bump up to $50/month. Lousy, in my opinion.
  8. @gcoghill $30/$50 is with a one year contract. Probably higher w/out.
  9. @gcoghill So they're doing an 18-month release cycle? I thought it was 12. Also, Isn't Creative Cloud $30/intro, $50/regular?
  10. @gcoghill Unfortunately, yes. I usually have at least one job a year that requires it.
  11. @gcoghill Since I usually buy Design Premium, upgrade price and subscription price end up being the same after 1st year w/yearly updates.
  12. @gcoghill You doing the subscription or just a straight upgrade?
  13. @gcoghill Sounds pretty easy. And yep, I keep a cache of dry ice around when I'm feeling like I need a "Super" getaway.
  14. @gcoghill I like it when family visits, especially since most of them are back in PA, but I'm already looking forward to solitude.
  15. @gcoghill Yeah, just downtime. Nice on the family time. June is going to be family house guest parade for us.
  16. @gcoghill How's all on your side of the continent?
  17. @gcoghill :D Had a bit of a down day. Big deadline yesterday, so today was a recoup. Game was demoed for the big dudes and did well!
  18. @gcoghill @tracybishopart You both are really two of my favorite art/tech combo folks on Twitter. Always great info!
  19. @knappst3r Thanks! Really glad you're enjoying it. Always love when my art ends up in good hands.
  20. @SteveIsDrawing Likewise! Really sweet work on your site, too.
