  1. I'm IN THE MOUNTAINS.
  2. @ukulele_guy Of course!
  3. However, I did get @ukulele_guy as a follower yesterday for mentioning my new uke. Win some lose some.
  4. Hmph. I mention iPhones and get this interesting fellow as a follower: @ipunlock
  5. @SimonNRicketts In the interest of full disclosure though, I have http://bit.ly/BzK1Y and love it.
  6. @SimonNRicketts If you want an awesome, fun handheld computer, get an iPhone. They really are great, just a bit dodgy for calls.
  7. @SimonNRicketts I think iPhones are great, but this is fairly accurate too: http://bit.ly/2JaLQG
  8. I have a ukulele!
  9. @Buttercake they only offered you that cause you're southern. We give pies to fellow northerners
  10. My opinion of Alan Johnson as a gigantic wanker has just been nicely reinforced.
  11. Remember Day of the Tentacle (Tim Schafer game)? Well, I found this: http://bit.ly/4DDNMT
  12. @freezyfeet http://bit.ly/44N8QO ?
  13. @SimonNRicketts You may not have noticed, but that was your 5,000th tweet.
  14. In non-ranting news, Karmic Koala is sexy as hell. One small blip with pulseaudio, but I'm up and running, only Ubuntu One is buggered
  15. According to http://bit.ly/3LW1K, that makes the Mail "look like a bunch of lying twats". So does the same apply to the Guardian?
  16. Case in point: Guardian has this piece up first: http://bit.ly/vCc1o. Daily Mail puts http://bit.ly/kOi4O up 4 hours later.
  17. While I dislike the Mail as much as anyone, it's a bit disheartening to see other papers not being given the same amount of scrutiny.
  18. @JamieSport http://bit.ly/vCc1o was the worst culprit I saw, earlier than the DM as well.
  19. Upgrading to Ubuntu 9.10, Karmic Koala. Had a panic moment when it decided to uninstall a load of my most used packages, but I'm ok now.
  20. @SimonNRicketts Interesting. Reckon it's a desperation thing? Internet cutting into advertising cash, more drastic need to attract eyeballs
