Second call to Sage netted activation help for Act09 install on Win7. Prior rep would not help. Told me to buy Act2010.

Betting Sage-Act2009 tech support was not truthful about Win7. Activation all that's needed. They tried to sell upgrade. Call again tomorrow

@ Crazy, Act2010 has supposed social networking support, too. I tried it out -- not so good. Act09 customized for SM is better.

Install Act2009 on Win7 produced activation error. Sage support said 2009 dn work in Win7; need upgrade to Act2010. Time to switch apps.
