  2. Trying to learn Final Cut Express while editing videos that should be edited, encoded and uploaded today
  3. Sitting on the patio reading WWDC notes, drinking Mikkeller Oatgoop and editing photos.
  4. enjoys the smoky smell of ribs that's been on the kamado grill for almost 6 hours
  5. Just packed 14 kegs of beer into the trunk of the car. Ready to attend the beerfestival tomorrow!

  12. Just removed the picnic tap from a keg of cider and realized the liquid-out poppet had gone bad. Now I'm soaked in cider!
  13. Vacation coming to an end... Catching up on mails and brewing hefeweizen for the beerfestival in Valby
  14. Yeah! Two weeks of much needed vacation!
  15. *yawn* - starting the week with a service window means getting up even earlier than normal.
  16. Just opened the first bottle of my cider fermented with wild/natural yeast. Taste is really good and the cider cleared nicely.
  17. The sourdough mash bread turned out great.
  18. Brewed a US brown ale and a german hefeweizen today. Also trying a new recipe for sourdough bread with beer mash
  19. Kegged two beers last night and made two yeast starters. Looking forward to brewing in the weekend
  20. Just did an interview on homebrewing to some students from the school of media and journalism.
