  11. Need to educate policy makers, consumers, producers about food and #urbanag in general
  12. What are some barriers to expand #urbanag? some federal, state, local policies can help/hurt-offering incentives could benefit
  13. Recommendations include developing neighborhood food councils, offer community info so residents can find info to start community gardens
  14. Community Health: challenges to get people to eat healthier; need to increase access to healthier foods (fresh produce) in communities
  15. Job Training & #urbanag:defining needed skills and employment scenarios; recommendations mandate garden progs in gov't funded agencies
  16. Need to articulate and advocate the benefits of #urbanag, if people have land in Chicaog, challenge them to use it.
  17. Land use issues: what is economic value of urban land? develop strategies on how land should be used, definition of #urbanag
  18. Should fund more demonstration gardens, create venture capital funds focus on startups, EPA, USDA, congress, senate to become more involved
  19. what will it take to bridge gap btw local food prod & unmet demand-need equal access to quality food, make sure goes back into community
