  8. went to L.A. and ate like a champion! Kogi Taco Truck is awesome, had a blast. Then to Animal, I ate like one, unbelievable food, perfect!
  9. watch me tonight on Top Chef, I will probably make an ass out of myself as usual but at least there was amamamamamazing food. Michelle
  10. our classes started last Monday. 16 kids per class, 2 classes this semester. They are 9yrs old and so beautiful. Turkish recipes next week!

  16. Pinot Noir Dinner Tuesday 7/28th Michys. Salmon Tiradito/Lentils. Artichoke Ravioli/egg yolk; Duck breast and rillet with rhubarb. Cheese!
  17. Crispy Pork Belly over nectarine carpaccio, basil-chili-soy vinaigrette; Stewed Cod wtih Argentine Chorizo, Tomatoes, little gnocchi, corn

  20. for those beets I would do as little as possible. roast some,thinly shave some raw, braise the greens in veg broth, top w/orange vinaigrette
