  2. Have 2 share my secrets. Dannon Lite Yogurts - my sometimes ice-cream replacement- Ice cold, lots of berries, tall sundae glass. De-lucious!
  3. In LOVE with Dannon's New Flavors: Cherry (Plain Cherry) Thirst Quenching!!! & Mango-Orange - Tastes like Pudding! Do NOT work 4 Dannon.
  4. Today show rehearsal dish: Mark Bittman's going to be on the show tomorrow too! I SO have a huge crush. Doesn't EVERY foodie?

  6. Packing my bags for the Today show! Easy grilling recipes for summer! I'll have them up on chefkathleen,com on Wednesday morning.
  7. Avocado Frittata - Pour eggs over avo slices, halved pear tomatoes. Just before eggs set, + basil, parsley, chervil. Dollop O Greek yogurt.
  8. Favorite Snack right now: Slightly Smashed Fresh Strawberries in a wine glass with a generous splash of fresh squeezed OJ.

  10. Did the Today show yesterday. Five long days of very hard work for three minutes of Live T.V. but I got to cook steak tacos with Al Roker!
  11. Chix supper contd...serve with a poached egg and garden lettuces tossed lots of fresh herbs, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  12. Chick Supper: Smash 1/3 of an avocado on a slice of really good bread that's been toasted & rubbed lightly with a fresh clove of garlic...
  13. Off to the gym to swim. This BETTER be motivating you, cuz it's killing me. Err it's GREAT. REALLY great. Supper tips when I get back!
  14. One hour at the gym. Supper: Grilled Chix, Mxd Greens, Couscous, sliced cucumbers, halved tomatoes, avo & mango chunks, sesame miso dressing
  15. 85 degrees here. Announcing my intentions to workout. Because if I don't, I won't. Now, I'm committed. Supper details after the big sweat.
  16. Supper: Scallops sauteed with olive oil, garlic, lemon. Add spinach last second. Serve w/oven rstd. asparagus (rst @ 450 for 10-12 mins) yum
  17. Yesterday the ice cream won. I thoroughly enjoyed my time on the Rocky Road. Today I will spend extra time @ the gym & eat deliciously clean

  19. Faithfully Tweeting 2 keep myself going 2 the gym. Otherwise I wouldn't go. Flat out my truth. Accountability works. Except on weekends :)
  20. Coming off a half hour of exercise, on my way to Home Depot for garden supplies! Longer days, more sunshine, bigger desserts? Ahh Summer!
