  13. Fun night @ Casbah. Beaujolais Nouveau et arive! Lots of people having the B.N. tasting menu. The wine is pretty good this year tool.
  14. Butchering begins sat 8 AM @ Eleven. Volunteers very welcome. 3 Pigs is a lot of work.

  18. Furthermore, anyone who has not bought good, fresh parsnips @ a local farmers' market is missing out. Never have I had them be so sweet.
  19. @yumpittsburgh Nantucket Bay Scallops are delicious, super sweet bay scallops only available in Nov. Dec. Rare, expensive and worth it.
