  3. RE: @raymondpirouz What I love about this is that it's another classic example of telling us what we've always intuitive… http://disq.us/x6r
  4. RE: @raymondpirouz Great post Raymond. It would be good to aggregate the various "design- for-non-design-industry" sites… http://disq.us/x4x
  5. @Jim_Croft Google are working on both an extensions architecture and a linux ver. of Chrome, so it's more a case of #hurryup than #fail ;-)
  6. Luis Lavena takes over maintenance of SQLite3/Ruby - that is tremendous news. Nice one Luis! http://tr.im/rw4I
  7. @tomdenk @raymondpirouz It's based on The Thick of It which is possibly the best political comedy ever run on British TV - http://tr.im/rgIp
  8. @raymondpirouz @tomdenk this reminds me, have you seen In The Loop yet? It has been very highly recommended to me: http://tr.im/rgGN
  9. @tomdenk Being a good communicator is what defined Blair. I truly, deeply hope the Obama administration do not make the same mistakes.
  10. Now that Google apps are out of beta, will the enterprise take big G seriously as a competitor to MS Exchange/Office? http://tr.im/rgCl
  11. @nichbuick I'd go as far as saying, in terms of design, ux and damn plain usefulness, #feedly is possibly the best webapp I've ever seen.
  12. And I can't spell disappointment either...
  13. @raymondpirouz On promising change and delivering nothing but dissapointment: I'm reminded of 1997 and the election of New Labour.
  14. Wow, Feedly has made Firefox my undisputed primary browser again (had been swaying towards Chrom for a while there). Look: http://tr.im/rggM
  15. Preview builds of the new RubyInstaller for Windows (Ruby 1.8 and 1.9) are now available. Get 'em while they're hot: http://tr.im/rf1i
  16. Can anyone recommend a *PLAIN* A5 notepad? Hardback preferable. Reasonably priced desirable.
  17. For @raymondpirouz: design is fundamental, *even for lawyers* http://tr.im/rcZs ;-)
  18. @flangy I was asking for that and you, sir, are a true gentleman for adding it. That change will kill one of my biggest annoyances w/ E :-)
  19. @Hicksdesign Be sure to send your hedgehog sighting info to your local biodiversity record centre. You in Wiltshire? http://tr.im/qFT8
  20. @flangy So far, E seems to be the only app I use that makes any use of them at all (apart from the default apps). It shows recent files.
