@ I figured the gas/ethanol residue would give a lot of germs a smack down. But I always wash after to remove the gas smell anyhow.

Made a great pan BBQ sauce. Pan drippings, cider vinegar, tamarind paste, chili, onion, garlic, & paprika powder, liquid smoke, and cream.
