  1. @hseeberger yeah, I'm using specs and sbt so I am not sure how much work 2.8 will be for me
  2. @hseeberger I'm interested in how you found the port, I am thinking of doing the same thing.
  3. @hseeberger I'm wondering if I should switch to #scala 2.8 for a commercial project aiming to release in 6 months
  4. @psnively @extralogical I was very shocked to find that many developers had not heard of de morgan's laws. Some didn't believe them!
  5. @psnively indeed. And I took great satisfaction in doing it
  6. @sanityinc thanks. I'll have a look
  7. Completely de-pommed my secret #lift project and replaced it with #sbt which seems much easier to work with.
  8. Congratulations to @lancewalton on the arrival of his new daughter, Suraya. Hoorah!
  9. @dancres true. They usually back the tallest and loudest, in that order.
  10. @dancres or do you let the experts you employed solve the problem for you?
  11. Beware hiring a good man for he will seek out and inspire others to improve the system. If resisted many will seek acceptance elsewhere.
  12. @jasongorman watt ?
  13. @flowchainsensei no train wreck, just a return to service as usual. All bottom up change doomed if mgmt lack maturity to go with it.
  14. aha, docs on building #lift app using #sbt http://bit.ly/7mIbmS
  15. @DocChrisKing not sure I got the last part of that. Doesn't sound good
  16. Anyone tried using #sbt on a #lift project? I'm finding maven painful and slow. Hoping that sbt could help.
  17. @benjaminm yes true
  18. @benjaminm could "plan on completing the same amount of work as last iteration" show acceptance/tolerance of variation
  19. Words of wisdom: he who lacks the will to test code in a prod-like environment must ensure they have great stamina for the impending battle
  20. RT @obie: RT @estherderby: Good news from Dani Weinberg: http://bit.ly/8glbZ1 Surgery was successful.
