34 x 0:15 "sprints" w/ 0:15 recoveries. Not that hard but it adds up & starts to hurt after the first 5 or 6. The asthma doesn't help either

Made it back to Austin after 3 days in Houston for Thanksgiving. As usual, Houston lush & green, Austin dry & brown. Much prefer Austin tho.

2 hrs on the cross bike on sandy, rooty trails in Houston. Got "lost" a few times & saw bmx kids w/chainsaws cutting new trails. Sweet!

Sprints over Steady State ride knocked out. Heading into downtown Houston 2 eat @ Niko Niko's, then hit up Rice Village (love it there).

I understand stretching = improved range of motion. But strength can = better biomechanical efficiency, impact protection (crashes), etc.

Much debate over strength training 4 cyclists. Why? No one debates stretching. How can strength b bad? Makes u well rounded. Look at Lance.
