  1. today, shopped for garden sheds, chairs and tables for studio, and sorted out Justin.tv live using Flash encoder so cottage concerts coming.
  2. big "to do" list, but not sure what to start on, unlike me, lovely sunny weather now, but forecast says we have heavy rain shortly.
  3. Claire Roche is going to try a test live performance through Facebook Live at around 3:00 pm GMT. More news as we test things before then

  5. Ended up doing more housework than writing today, but now getting ready to go off to a ceili at Ballaghboy Lodge.
  6. Very wet day today so a day dedicated to writing more of "Find Your Celtic Story - from the land and its ancient sites"
  7. must grow more strawberries next year, just had a great feast from what we have, and some blackcurrents too, but birds eat those, of course.
  8. fascinated by new button on Google Maps that tells you where you are. Worked for me in remote part Co. Sligo. Only works in Chrome browser.
  9. beautiful sunny morning, most of the day I will be helping builders with repairs on the theatre and studio, the plaster fell off the walls
  10. Fabulous day, guiding tour, Keadue sites, Shannon Pot, Cavan's Burren and a couple of Fermanagh places, Outstanding visibility, clear views
  11. group want to get going early this morning, not sure where we will go Sligo coast sites or Cavan and Fermanagh. They will choose soon.
  12. touring ended up being Carrowkeel Cairns, Morrigan's mountain, our Labyrinth Garden, dinner at Moving Stairs, Boyle, bit of ceili, now bed
  13. off to pick up small group from S. Africa for late afternoon tour and stories of Moytura, may get to trad session in Gurteen tonight too.
  14. cottage cleaning, minibus cleaning, labyrinth tlc, meeting group to guide Moytura tour this afternoon, weather sunny, cool, good for views
  15. wrote today, but was sluggish, then great session in labyrinth garden, now out into sunset happening before 10 pm, days are getting shorter
  16. back to the routine of a mix of book writing and breaks of gardening in the labyrinth, also a settled sunny but bit cooler day in Co. Sligo
  17. Not much writing after all today, inquiries came in instead. Must get writing done tomorrow as guided touring starts up again Wednesday.
  18. Michael Jackson recorded 5 months in West Meath. Loads of new originals, tried some traditionals. Wonder if he tried Raggle Taggle Gypsies?
  19. After a morning of pc and mobile phone failures back on track for writing this afternoon. Discovered using Google Docs, at last. Very cool!
  20. Amazing gathering just finished. 24 folks turned up, Tony Cuckson and Claire Roche provided great entertainment. Good labyrinth time too.
