  1. Hayfever, you have entered my life, sent me spiraling into my lost decade. I know nothing save you, feel nothing save you. Pass me a tissue.
  2. Dinner Report™: salmon with the usual misc stuff out the cupboard, on uncooked greens with a fine glass of father's day wine. Nicely tannic.
  3. The bed I bought in October is finally, at long last, completely assembled. Put the under bed drawers together. Too shallow for much though.
  4. Bailed on the end of #europython. Back to the soothing white noise of Newbury.
  5. Glory to the aged and the drunk, who combined in one body make for the most extraordinary overheard mobile phone conversations.
  6. Balls. Not only was the wifi junk all day now my dongle won't do it's thing. Oh the impotency! #europython
  7. I think I'd like to hire someone to go to conferences for me. #europython
  8. @esinclai I don't think Ben and Sarah would be too keen on that. And there's coffee here now, it had run out. #europython
  9. Need coffee. There's lots of tea here, but no coffee. Where's the coffee #europython
  10. Was all set to make some headway on testml at #europython but the network is getting in my way.
  11. On the way back to Birmingham and more @europython from Glasgow where I had a great time with @brier and his fam.
  12. Arriving Glasgow. Journey only mildly impaired by hordes of teens heading out on some kind of backpacking trip. Their volume knobs go to 11.
  13. On the train. This time to Glasgow.
  14. Settling in for a tutorial @EuroPython. Javascript for Python programmers. Room is full. Irony?
  15. It's a trifle warm in my flat.
  16. @Casablanca: I went over 140 chars thinking about IE and Outlook: http://bit.ly/vBCvW
  17. @Casablanca I haven't personally tested code in IE for several years, if ever. Nor do I test other code in non-posix envs.
  18. @Casablanca Just because it is impractical doesn't make it wrong.
  19. @BlueOxenAssoc makes a fine slidecast with a good definition of collaboration, and @psd's poster of me! http://is.gd/1dpRM
  20. @Casablanca don't design for those people! Design well enough that they'll want to use what you're using. If U cowtow, they'll never learn.
