  1. @_why I recall you linking to a nice ajax-based z-machine interpreter but can't find the link anymore. Do you remember that?
  2. @cboyack But supposedly you're getting a lot more CPU power out of it at the same time, which means that the battery capacity is still bettr
  3. @cboyack Sounds like the Mayan hasn't changed since I went there last. Food there was like an afterthought.
  4. @jicksta although overprogrammed kids are a problem, wait till you have your own. Sometimes it's nice to have some entertainment handy.
  5. @jicksta have you considered using public Dns servers? One less part of Comcast's infrastructure to depend on. I like 4.2.2.1 and 4.2.2.2.
  6. @brupm Feliz aniversario cara! Many happy returns.
  7. @mdjensen There was an interesting This American Life episode dedicated to the rubber room in NYC.
  8. @obie FYI getting an intermittent 404 on http://bit.ly/qzwH0
  9. @ncooprider Maybe, but fighting against twitter is like swimming up Niagara Falls. Resistance is futile.
  10. @cboyack Mosaic redistribution was not voluntary. Your choices were die in the wilderness or adhere to the community standards.
  11. @cboyack IMO ppl who really try to be good Christians will find themselves advocating both conserv. and liberal policies at different times.
  12. @cboyack Glad to see the acknowledgement. Nibley points to many aspects of the Mosaic law that require active wealth redistribution.
  13. @cboyack Read his bio then (an excellent book btw). He was a Democrat, and frequently acknowledged being a liberal. http://tr.im/phtL
  14. Great record of the promises kept and broken so far by the Obama administration. http://tr.im/phqR Unprecedented level of scrutiny.
  15. @cboyack Wonder if you would be as enthusiastic about quoting Nibley if you knew how much his politics differ from yours. I love Nibley, BTW
  16. @ncooprider I don't think the trick link is worth it. FF apparently is fooling people into clicking on it. Don't like that.
  17. @mdjensen Problem with his statement is that Obama never said we weren't--he only said we were more than just that, which of course is true.
  18. @ncooprider These links on your twitter posts are kind of deceptive. All I get is a link to the same thing you just said on friendfeed.
  19. @dbrady If you have a spare $5000 one of these will blow away your whole block http://tr.im/paNA. I have one you could borrow for a while.
  20. @dbrady I'd wager a benjamin that your 802.11a space is mostly empty. Also, the attenuation is higher so there is less interference.
