  1. Having lots of twitter trouble at the minute. Anyone i have not replied to i am sorry but my messages are still disappearing!!

  4. If i only lose 3lb or less this week i am going to be gutted! I can lose that on WW or SW I am not going hungry for nothing!!
  5. Day19 -17lbs Its sooo slow going this week! so far i have only lost 2lbs this week and there is only 2 days left til my official weight day!
  6. Day18 -16 3/4 Nearly cried when i got on the scales, i thought i had stayed the same again but no i have lost 3/4lbs which is better than 0
  7. Day17 -16lbs Weight loss has slowed in the last few days, hope it speeds back up again, dont want this suffering to be for nothing!
  8. So bloody hungry! peed on one of the ketosis sticks and it only showed a trace, what the hells going on??? No wonder i am hungry!!

  14. Day16 -15 3/4lbs Had hot choc for breakie, feel like i am more in a routine with the shakes now, still very hard especially when we are out.
  15. @RoRossonera Brave, mad i think!! Just have to think of the weight loss, no other diet gets it off so quick. Good luck with the yeast free:)
  16. @jaheli Yes i know that one, recite it daily! Really doesnt help the craving tho! sticky toffee pud yum hot with cream yum aaaaarrrg torture

  19. @RoRossonera Its a total food replacement, 3 shakes or soup a day. Its really hard work but the results a good.
  20. Just going to have my soup and imagine it is a lovely beef stew!! I really wish i could chew something, my jaws have forgotten what to do!!
