  1. Also created a group photo pool if others are inspired to make their own Cube the Cat. http://www.flickr.com/group...
  2. Uploaded a Flickr photo site of Cube the Cat adventures about town. http://www.flickr.com/photo...
  3. Two more Unlucky posts while I'm at it: Musta fired all their stock boys http://tr.im/G8gb And wow saved a whole $0.00! http://tr.im/G8go
  4. Another Unlucky at Lucky Supermarket post. Glad to see Dan Quayle has a job. http://bit.ly/8x3Jgm > via @nifercritter
  5. Yay. That's one albatross of a task done that's been embarrassingly around my neck for some time.
  6. RT @MP_Marauder: Cube the Cat climbs our Xmas Tree. http://yfrog.com/4eybgj
  7. @MP_Marauder How'd he get there? I swear I just had Cube the Cat in my living room… also Yay!
  8. @ninavizz they are background images with background-attachment: fixed. Even more useful effect with CSS3 multiple background images.
  9. @Rubin110 As soon as I get a new pic of me I like I will. Haven't found another I'm happy with yet.
  10. Also, released an adorable papercraft version of my little mascot, Cube, the Cat. You can download the pdf on my site http://bit.ly/72YJbG
  11. Scratched that designer itch. Redesigned my blog. http://bit.ly/72YJbG Uses HTML5/CSS3 so works best in Safari/Chrome and mostly in Firefox.
  12. About to watch how the world is gonna end in a couple years… Thanks Mayans! What did we ever do to you?
  13. @rrmutt that rings solidly true for web development. Personally, I call myself a expert in cross-browser issues for this very reason.
  14. What won out was SASS's if and for statements, and SASS's syntax for mixins and variables (i.e., the = and +) which is more gleanable.
  15. After chatting with @deadlyicon and testing, I can see the advantage of SASS vs LessCSS. Still not a fan of white-space syntax but I'll deal
  16. @arsenio yep! Or for a permanent effect trap spell. $(this).live("stepdown",function(){if($(this).is(".enemy")) $(this).paralyze.burninate})
  17. I haven't had a dream that geektastic since the early days of web design when I once had a dream where everything was only in 216 colors.
  18. Unrelately, I dreamnt last night that I was a sorceror writing a grimore of spells, but I was writing the spells in jQuery/JavaScript syntax
  19. Up late last night working on a small bit of inspiration, not that I had time for creativity, but it was an idea that demanded realization
  20. Also played around with SASS, which compared to LessCSS is like making a complex byzantine mountain out of a molehill.
