  1. Suddenly find myself appreciating David Byrne & Brian Eno's Everything That Happens tremendously. In a weird post-Xmas mood.
  2. Settlers of Catan highly recommended strategy board game. If anyone's looking for some post-holiday family fun.
  3. Merry Christmas, everbody.

  7. New Chanel No. 5 commercial with Aubrey Tautou is amazing. A whole movie in 30 seconds. (Or 2'20" if you watch the 'long' version.)
  8. @brycej LOL. Not a really great user experience, then? :)
  9. Vacation! Yay.
  10. Cassandra Wilson is the Tom Waits of jazz.

  12. 2 hrs to reload ~500MB of Exchange mailbox data. Is the server at the end of a dialup? Good lord.
  13. @mmilan Only kidding of course. Tho that skin interface thing from FutureDemoCamp was a bit creepy...
  14. Aargh. Outlook crashed. Had to delete all OST files. Slowly rebuilding from Exchange. Grrr. Don't get me started on terrible software.
  15. @mmilan You creep me right out :)
  16. @jshuey New RT 'functionality' has impoverished Twitter. No comment = no context. Social networking = all about context. Bad feature.
  17. @jshuey New RT is more like "Likes this" on FB. Old convention allows commentary. I also find appearance of original poster's pic confusing.
