  1. @Croaky I tried it with rather the same sentiments. Lasted 1 week and back to TextMate/Vim
  2. @jimweirich The only time I've seen it used is in rails if it didn't rescue an ActiveRecord::NotFound. Also, right you are on the no exceptn
  3. @jimweirich @tobi Also, Jamis wrote about the use case here: http://tr.im/H9h2
  4. @jimweirich actually, i think it's if no exceptions are rescued - not if none are raised - subtle difference there.
  5. @tobi @jimweirich you can do begin/rescue/else/end for one - else clause hits if no exception is rescued
  6. @sourcelibrarian haha, you mean like this: http://tr.im/GLT5 - never noticed that...
  7. If we ordered without even opening the menu, then yes, we are familiar with your sauces.
  8. @andrewmaier I've always used 'reachability' to mean accessibility + usability + findability
  9. @dellfsu You guys should totally offer eLayaway. That way I could use my student loans + SunTrust account to spread my payments!
  10. @andrewmaier it's a reachability issue. as in the ability for your message to reach its intended audience.
  11. @cory_foy check out http://tomatoi.st by @voxdolo
  12. @rsl mispronunciation of the fragrance?
  13. @voxdolo you look at http://golang.org yet? thoughts?
  14. @dhh man, I wanna read that book. Need early access version or something...
  15. If a sentence can end with stupid, this is exactly what the receiver hears!
  16. A little annoying how some of the experience of a Head First book doesn't carry over to the ebook. Strange when arrows are pointing nowhere.
  17. @elight I feel ya, I just made the same call. #familyfirst
  18. @headius Oh, just install the project plus plugin, then it will crash instead of freezing and you'll be running again in no time.
  19. @technoweenie Single Job for an event, so you can replay the failed ones.
  20. Imminent impact @MacHeist (151.7,174.4) Witness it and get DaisyDisk ($20) for FREE to reclaim GBs of space on your Mac! http://macheist.com
