  12. The Foreau wine at Websters is dry Chenin Blanc from 1 of Vouvray's best. It requires age to shine, but rarely can be tasted at 15 years.

  18. @Rick_Bayless With great respect, I avoid brine for Bourbon Red turkeys - the breasts are like poulet de bresse as is. They rarely dry out.
