@ I use FotoFlexer at work. Not a download but free online app. Works well and easy to learn. (Photoshop has online app too, btw)

@ I use Basecamp for prog. mgmt. Even the free plan is pretty useful. I hack it a bit by creating add'l "users" to help w/org.
