  14. @rpwlondon I don't know about the presenter but I [dietitian Sue] eat wholemeal toast & low fat low sugar yoghurt, sometimes scrambled eggs!
  15. @RogerCresswell Weetabix is green for sugar and amber for salt. Shredded Wheat is green for both sugar and salt
  16. @Braingrenade All the EFSA claims have been thoroughly investigated but I would have to see the evidence before I could comment
  17. @oreofreak I don't have a box in front of me to check but Nestle do put that information on their website
  18. @liamskilondon Moderation in all things. You can eat more than 2 a week. Enjoy your eggs!
  19. @Geomum Any sugar free muesli is fine. If you buy from a health food store you can check they haven't added sugar
