  16. @scribeteach to justify doing them. becomes a win win. players get there abs. i get my controlled focus and some additional shoulder work
  17. @scribeteach with proper form as well as adding in some external things like kettle bell to work on shoulder/scap strength as well...

  19. @scribeteach way i see it though especially w/ soccer players is that they r gonna to abs/sit ups regardless of what I'm doing w/ them...
