  1. @toxaq Ha! Free shipping though! Be aware that that there is some poor quality [design|build|control] on dealextreme. Also O 4 awesome stuff
  2. @benkepes you twypoed lance's name. #twitterflaws
  3. @tonyhughes See FF Lazarus add-on - http://bit.ly/fhika to avoid future data loss of this kind
  4. Mmmm. "gastronomic tour of Peru" - Wellington, NZ. 16th July (tomorrow). http://bit.ly/1wG9Gz
  5. @toxaq You'll probably end up cursing me for showing it to you. I recommend http://www.dealextreme.com/... (for black) NZ$5
  6. @toxaq Dealextreme.com - I ordered 3 of the well rated ones, like them all but one is best for me. spent less than $20 in total.
  7. @lancewiggs Never attribute to malice etc etc. They are trying to link to your post, but there is some impedance mismatch between your rss &
  8. @lancewiggs It is an rss planet, and they make your content more available. Good for stumbling onto other blogs, probably how I found you...
  9. Heh. toxicLeakDetected. I couldn't make this stuff up.
  10. Reading SNMP MIBs, chuclking about fireDetected and floodDetected. I wonder if (m)any devices have sensors in order to send those traps.
  11. @lancewiggs Rowan's blog has the same thing, so maybe a wordpress-ism? Looks like it is using http://lancewiggs.com/feed/ which is partial
  12. @lancewiggs http://planet.nztech.org/ I thought esp. pertinent after all the Public Address palaver. Try clicking on one of your posts
  13. @lancewiggs are you aware your RSS feed towards planet.nztech.org doesn't link properly, and is partial? Don't know whose fault it is tho.
  14. @normnz Hopefully TelstraClear will stand up to them again. The new "household network" stuff (including smart-meters) makes it a utility.
  15. Finally found a site that will let me see iPhone apps sorted by price. It took a while to find. http://bit.ly/an6Hm
  16. @mickael thanks a lot for the explanation. I'll have to think about the best way to "fix" it for me.
  17. @mickael ah, iChat stole focus when OneTeam shuts down. So no lost messages, but someone is misbehaving since that machine was idle (home)
  18. @mickael is multiclient on one account supposed to work? Ejabberd w/ pidgin, iChat, oneteam. Inconsistent results - no push, lost messages..
  19. How long until apple do a push- server biff as part of the iPhone mail client? All the infrastructure is there to stop the iPhone polling
  20. @lancewiggs it's the phone's issue. Both XT and voda support faster uploads but the iPhone 3GS chipset apparently doesn't. Annoying.
