  3. @larabair The last we heard, PHS is likely to skip 2007 altogether and jump to Exchange 2010 in ~18-24 months. Yes it's a long time away

  5. Partners still uses Exchange 2003 for mail services. Unfortunately, Snow Leopard *requires* Exchange 2007 for full Exchange functionality.
  6. Snow Leopard and Cisco VPN has been confirmed to work together. You'll need version 4.9.01.180, which is available from our Downloads page.
  7. There was a permissions issue with the MacGateway. Users were getting be prompted about sending info to trusted sites. It is working now.
  8. The Research Computing Terminal Server (rescomp01) is being rebooted due to an out of memory condition. It should be back up momentarily.
  9. Monday, Aug 17: IS systems maintenance will be performed from 2am to 4am. Some Network and IS systems may not be available during this time
  10. Security updates were automatically applied to many of the RICS servers this AM causing a momentary blip in availability
  11. Mac users using Windows Terminal Services: Please d/l an update to Microsoft's Remote Desktop from the Downloads page to fix security flaws
  12. There is another a series of BOGUS emails making the rounds. If you receive a message from 'RICS' asking you for your password, IGNORE it.
  13. RICS Email Server connections were momentarily disrupted. Should be back online now
  14. The network outage earlier today affected users primarily at the BWH and DFCI and only affected web access. Email services were unaffected.
