  1. RT @azaaza: Most searched on Google Japan: "Yahoo". Most searched on Yahoo: "YouTube". URLs are still not grokked by users /via @HirokoT ...
  2. RT @DublinCore: Putting metadata onto tweets with @FluidDB http://bit.ly/6AhptV via @titticimmino
  3. Reading "On the Dynamics of Linked Datasets": http://esw.w3.org/topic/DatasetDynamics #linkeddata
  4. I don't know who manage the #UAIC Website, but... The front image (a PNG file) has "only" 464K :(
  5. Start reading "Henderson the Rain King" by Saul Bellow. #literature
  6. Should I descend from this long dream to touch the earthly reality?
  7. RT @pezholio: December - the only month where it's acceptable to eat chocolate before breakfast. I, for one, approve.
  8. RT @danbri: So VLC embeds an HTTP server that parses HTML for VLC markup with RPN expressions. Um, thanks, I think. http://bit.ly/5cbCxK
  9. Wow, they put a flag into their logo. And others applause this extraordinary event. Cheap marketing.
  10. Watching "Social Media for Events": http://slidesha.re/8TocwI (how about the use of hEvent, XFN, FOAF, OWL-Time in real applications?)
  11. A good message: "Twitter has temporarily disabled your brain. Stay up-to-date at no-one-cares.org."
  12. Art is an example of technology-mediated communication (inspired by an 'artificial' conversation @idevelop). 1 model, many interpretations.
  13. @idevelop But, sometimes this is a positive thing, because the receptor could make assumptions/guesses who stimulate imagination: e.g., art.
  14. @idevelop Because it's not a direct communication. A peer can't sense (see, hear, feel,...) the partner. Some messages are lost forever.
  15. Each year, the students of "concurrent" university (PUB, a good acronym) consult my Websites on #HCI and #SemanticWeb topics.
  16. @idevelop All technology-mediated media, especially computer-based ones) could be considered artificial.
  17. @Omikronn Yes, but the order still exists or seems to exist (in our minds) at a subtle level. For example, the fractal structures of clouds.
  18. It's somewhat odd to see that you can exchange ideas with your (former) students by using only an artificial medium. Remember McLuhan?
  19. @alexmaru Ok, thanks. I'll watch it tomorrow, because now I'm not able to focus too much.
  20. RT @azaaza: Books as visceral animation. The best ad for reading I've seen, with some fantastical paper cuttings. http://bit.ly/7hijJu
