  1. @shoesobjects Touché
  2. RT @RaceTripper: http://bit.ly/8xD2uO - How pumpkin pies are made.
  3. @clairecmc it's tacky to tweet from *any* dinner.
  4. @rhyolight dude, you rock.
  5. @rhyolight I think his research is often used out of context. I could have sworn I saw him on TED, but I can't find that.
  6. @sophistifunk I've been to one Ikea and was completely unimpressed. All cheap crap, has zero appeal for me.
  7. @kylecordes I haven't seen that at all...maybe it's because I use Brizzly and they don't tie in to the native RT functionality yet?
  8. @dcbriccetti yeah, that's my favorite part of that comic by far. :-)
  9. @mkimberlin the Internet makes it easier than ever for people to find articles that seemingly confirm whatever beliefs people choose
  10. @romainguy get one of these: http://bit.ly/569LVU
  11. What makes otherwise intelligent people latch on to insane conspiracy theories?
  12. Should I tolerate intolerant people, and if I don't, does that make me one of them? Head...exploding...
  13. @kirillcool the buttons are oddly positioned in that dialog. Big gap to the right. Also, on Windows I'd expect the order to be reversed.
  14. @jesburke I think my Thanksgiving plans are: a) paint all morning b) eat c) paint all evening
  15. Developers know this, pundits apparently do not. Android apps specify which API levels they require: http://bit.ly/6QlsfD
  16. Stop freaking out about multiple screen sizes in Android devices. We programmers can handle it, just like desktop apps.
  17. RT @mark_volkmann: Know what else is redundant? Having a separate text box for URLs and searches. Google Chrome combines them. I like that!
  18. Dear Google, a toolbar with a search box is redundant because browsers already have search boxes. It's in the upper-right corner.
  19. Tried the Google toolbar, quickly un-installed. It is gaudy and redundant, just like every other craptastic browser toolbar.
  20. @mkimberlin I'm reading http://bit.ly/5HhGPp and have some ideas for Guice + Jersey, similar to work I've done on another project
