  1. @kensipe sounds like something @puredanger would say when provoked.
  2. @dalmaer I don't care about JavaScript performance if the whole browser is slow. Firefox 3.5 frequently beach-balls on my Mac, so it's slow.
  3. I think we can give Twittch a mature 9+ rating and it will be approved, just a nuisance more than anything.
  4. Apple rejected the Twittch iPhone app because of this comic: http://twittch.com/6/
  5. @juliadalton nah, not really 9th...but a few before lunch is pretty typical
  6. doh! at least they already know about the bug that's biting me right now: http://bit.ly/s6aRI
  7. @juliadalton I'm on my 9th Diet Coke today.
  8. @dshaw Peanut Butter must have been *REALLY* bad
  9. Laughing my ass off at people who think I was criticizing Groovy. The title simply tricks you about the punchline. I'm such a troll.
  10. The proliferation of languages is a secret Sun strategy to keep everyone on Java. Too many choices == fragmentation and niches.
  11. Quick: what animal would you be if you could switch for a day? Me: a hawk. #animalforaday
  12. RT @rhauch: It'd be awesome to be a bear. You're SUPPOSED to be fat and hairy, and you get to sleep all the time. (via Wife)
  13. @kohlerm I forced myself to use Emacs for an entire week many years ago, and it didn't stick.
  14. I use both IDEA and Eclipse. I prefer IDEA, but I use Eclipse for Android dev, and also when I teach because most students use Eclipse.
  15. For an OS to appeal to me, it must run: IDEA, Gimp, Inkscape, Eclipse, the Android SDK, Vi, a music player of some sort, just for starters.
  16. Best part of the Google OS article: "Android wasn’t really meant for netbooks."
  17. @garywang the title is designed to make the punchline more surprising. I have nothing against Groovy. :-)
  18. Death to Groovy! http://twittch.com/27/
  19. Several votes for DOS...what if we went back in time, eliminated DOS, but then the time-machine enabling technology never got invented?
  20. If you could go back in time and prevent certain technologies from being invented, what would you prevent? CRLF? Backslashes? Struts?
