  1. @wcs35fox Head to http://www.buildagadget.com and then Support -> Open Ticket
  2. @wcs35fox Unfortunately, those are the only straight forward steps we have for the problem. Anything more may require a support ticket.
  3. @wcs35fox Try the steps again, verify everything, try them without a reboot and see if that works. Or reboot if you haven't.
  4. Please send in support tickets in English. Babelfish can only go so far.
  5. @wcs35fox Try out the instructions on this link: http://www.buildagadget.com/Support-Product.php?Code=XM#TopicA4
  6. @wcs35fox Can you elaborate on the problem? Is there no sound? Is it not logging in? Are the flyouts not working?
  7. Fb Explorer 1.1.0 has made it to open beta! Try it out and send us your feedback: http://bit.ly/7klYXU
  8. It's looking like the Fb Explorer gadget will go into open beta early next week.
  9. Due to the way Windows 7 is handling the gadget backgrounds, we may have to go all Battlestar on our rounded corners.
  10. If the Fb Explorer seems sluggish, Facebook is having some API scaling issues that are causing everything to be slow.
  11. We're getting ready to start internal testing of the new Fb Explorer update.
  12. Managed to get the MSN quotes working again on the Oil Price Monitor. NYMEX however is proving to be more than a bit challenging.
  13. @Jaysplace70 Try this: http://www.buildagadget.com/Support-Product.php?Code=XM#TopicA4
  14. XM looks like it's back up again.
  15. Looks like there may be a temporary XM outage happening right now, just hang tight, hopefully it comes back up soon.
  16. @Orbitcast Because Sirius XM needs its own API and the ability to stream in MP3 so it can stop hosing developers & get some customers back.
  17. However, the fact that Facebook allows apps to spam people's feeds when they don't have the app installed is rather unsettling...
  18. So if all goes according to plan, app spam in the Fb Explorer should be cut down quite a bit. Plus we're fixing various display problems.
  19. We're working on the feed display for the Fb Explorer and are making quite a few improvements including moving the feed to "newsfeed."
  20. @bulldog85043 Unfortunately, that's our only fix. Try it one more time and be as thorough as possible. If needed, reinstall and reboot.
