  1. Could we really use the network as a network and not as a electronic policy paper
  2. Love to hear what other folks think is useful.
  3. So, is there a best way to do a job or best ways to do a job. I suspect the latter. But then how do you choose?
  4. What's interesting though is how much of for-profit is still using traditional technologies. Must be a liability issue
  5. Too much literature. Overwhelming amount written. Not much of it too useful for my purposes.
  6. Doing an environmental scan of like organization? How do they communicate to staff? How does staff know about these communications?
  7. I've been doing a lot of thinking about intranets lately. No, I didn't spell it wrong. I mean intranet.

  14. Open source culture is interesting. Open source culture as it smacks up against institutional culture is more interesting.
  15. Been speaking with everyone about a "project" - one that they create and they control
  16. The labs team are remarkable. We should write volumes about the last year.
  17. Blogging has to come out of genuine interest and desire and that has to come out of having the luxury of having time to digest and think.
  18. We are so busy we don't have time to write about our work. The blog has gone fallow.
  19. As ever. The really interesting things are happening here on the ground.
