  1. @Poppity I believe that earns you a place in the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants.
  2. RT @McGillU: Panel tackles the question of intellectual property rights in street art http://bit.ly/3za9vE
  3. @usuckadonia Would that be Junta Brand Machete cleaner?
  4. @radiomaru Also "The Knife of Never Letting Go." It's YA and (I think) a trilogy, but absolutely brilliant.
  5. @radiomaru I liked Singularity's Ring by Paul Melko. (I think it's 2009). Clever concept; breezily written.
  6. @usuckadonia That stuff is totally expensive. And terrible for the environment. I prefer the older "urine and sand" method.
  7. Mulling over topics for this week's comic: feudalism? gnosticism? consumerism? (Or an awesome frankenstein-monster melange of the three?)
  8. Back from Atlanta. New beers were drunk, delicious food consumed and warm November weather enjoyed.
  9. How the assassination of Grand Duke Alexei Nikolaevich started WWI. http://www.tragi-comix.com/tbp
  10. After hours of playing Canabalt, I'm eye-balling every gap, evaluating their jumpability.
  11. @McKelvie If one can weather the gap without the benefit of a serialized income, it's a business model w/potential. Self-published trade?
  12. I've been re-watching episodes of Strangers with Candy. The most amazingly bizarre, offensive show; I can't imagine it being made today!
  13. @daveexmachina But I used up all my dollar signs during the Bu$h administration talking about Micro$oft...
  14. @daveexmachina I mean, obviously, the reason to get it is for that guy who played Arliss.
  15. @ninabeth Nice work! Not that I wasn't expecting it, but you were very smooth, and well-reasoned!
  16. It hasn't happened yet: RT @ninabeth: I'll be live on NECN sometime around 4pm EST talking about (of course) Modern Warfare 2
  17. My year of feel-bad novels: "Gentlemen," by Michael Northrop. It even quotes Dostoyevsky--the ne plus ultra of downers.
  18. It's a forcemeat throw-down: Who will win, Munich Haus or The Student Prince?
  19. @xerexes I think--sadly--that newspaper strips and editorial comics have become like wallpaper. You more notice their absence than presence.
  20. @brianmooredraws And then argue over who makes living wages?
