  1. @mamofirst SRSLY, ma. Thanks. I miss you all a bunch - and I'm bummed to be missing Thanksgiving with you all. Much love to you, Mamo!
  2. I've caught up a bit on the travel blog: http://www.yesricardo.com/ Next: 'Perfume,' sleep, inevitably weird dreams, awaken, cereal, BEACH!
  3. A couple more days in Sydney left. Loving Gotye's 'Heart's a Mess.' Such a gorgeous, heartbreaking track: http://www.myspace.com/gotye
  4. In Sydney, leaving for Perth/Bridgetown tomorrow afternoon. For friends in Oz, NZ and America, I have a phone number: 0437 136 867.
  5. I'm in love with a city named Sydney.
  6. About halfway through "Portnoy's Complaint." This guy is insane.
  7. No, 'If It's the Beaches' and 'Sanguine' in tandem, iTunes shuffle? Not right now -- I'm supposed to see a rock show in five minutes!
  8. Another NZ blog up at www.yesricardo.com. And now kids in the hostel/backpackers are singing Phil Collins. It is so time hit the pub.
  9. Posted the first couple NZ blogs: www.yesricardo.com. (The formatting is messed up, but they're still there.) No time to make them pretty!
  10. No, I'm not geeking out in a LOTR kinda way, but I am in the shadow of Mt. Doom in Tongariro National Park. It's gorgeous. And it's snowing.
  11. Leaving Los Angeles in a few hours and landing in Auckland on Monday morning. Who needs Sunday, anyway?
  12. The Pogues were great tonight at the Ogden. And the people there were even better - save for dude outside who had been kicked out 3 times.
  13. I am finally leaving the office! Score for productivity!
  14. So loving @hardlyart's latest, "Sunset/Sunrise" by the Dutchess & the Duke - and writing up my interview with the band's Jesse Lortz now.
  15. @causeequalstime It's great. Check it for sure. I recommend the fried pickles and the monte cristo. Jealous you were at the Larimer tonight.
  16. Left the office late, had an amazing Nichole-crafted meal and now walking two blocks to Interstate for wine hour with Jim and Rose.
  17. Day three of the great coffee experiment: Good stuff. Productivity is on-point. Focus is proper. Stomach is intact.
  18. Broncos own face. Srsly.
  19. At 963 listening to 'Purple Rain' on vinyl with Nichole, MarkMark and CassMark. Thinking about some whiskey at Interstate. Yay, Saturday.
  20. Michael Showalter is talking about cats at the Ogden Theatre. It's kind of the awesome. Makes me think of Rose and Jim (and others) in NY.
