  1. French speakers, your doubts are almost certainly actually questions!
  2. @craigwebster Absoluty. You wouldn't believe the amount of electronic equipment that needs to be told who's boss.
  3. @mathie That's what the computers want you to think.
  4. @mathie The IMAP polls don't have anything like the same impact - with Exchange it won't even do a full work day. Without I get full day.
  5. @mathie BTW, active syncing with Exchange appears to crucify iPhone batteries.
  6. @mathie The idea that you might need a retake at least makes it sound less like a rubber stamp.
  7. I sometimes find it hard to watch certain John Malkovich performances without being reminded of the final scenes of Being John Malkovich.
  8. Death of Michael Jackson still gets higher billing on the news than a military coup in Honduras. Feh.
  9. @mathie Go for 1080p and look at the picture, approximately. The Panasonics are among the better ones ATM.
  10. Pontypool is excellent - well worth seeing. The news as it happens; really tightly done.
  11. I've seen a couple of films funded by the Liverpool cultural commission here. Not sure they're talking to the tourist board.
  12. I really hope Giallo was supposed to play as a comedy.
  13. Joe Dante: "I identify with biscuits"
  14. @mathie Remember Malcolm's PC at Aculab?
  15. The couple sitting behind me in this screening are having a domestic...
  16. Kim Newman has the geeky giggle down pat; odd for an interviewer. Roger Corman excellent, obviously very practiced.
  17. @objo I'd not be surprised If it wasn't something like a pulled muscle in your chest from all the sudden exercise. :/ I get that sometimes.
  18. Now to watch Fragments rather than True Blood, I think.
  19. Goodbye, How Are You had a shocking number of walkouts. I don't think the programme was clear quite how black the humour was.
  20. In the Q&A yesterday Darren Aronofsky (sp?) said he'd really like to see John Waters do a 3D movie. Sounds great!
