  11. if pictures are taken in a college then clearance of all third parties must be sought responsibility is with the college
  12. who wons the copyright the student or person who produced it students should be asked to licence any of their work but with no payment
  13. copyright is vested in the works of the author/creator
  14. student has to be aware of copyright of materials and work they produce for college and course work
  15. copyright of public do you have rights to use video, pics etc.....yes you need some form of model rights in place
