  6. @mikesusz did you find that sped up your launch times? That's my biggest complaint… 10-15s to launch when Safari is 2-3 seconds.

  13. Comcast has pronounced my cable modem dead. Scared to death of FiOS? Will have to pickup a new one tommorrow. Mobile web only, tonight!
  14. @comcastcares thank you. Discovered on 2nd call that you can press 1 to skip the ad. Still offensive to have listen to an ad before help!
  15. @natea I've uploaded to blakcboard using FF & Safari. Wonder if there version is outdated. UMass's probably isn't the newest, works for me.
  16. @comcastcares I didn't appreciate having to listen to an ad on your customer service line *before* getting in line for service!! Angered.
  17. Used AT&T EDGE to look up Comcast CS & sent a "refresh" signal to my modem automatically. Don't know what that'll do for me.
  18. A coincidence that 2 days ago my Internet from Comcast got flakey & yesterday we got notice that FiOS is coming to town? Calling service.
